I have stayed in Japanese hotels similar to this many times. The rooms are small but comfortable - I have NO complaints. All was clean and neat. Breakfast was great ! and the Yen being down in value also made for a great 3 week trip back to Japan !

Very cheap coin washer/dryer in the lobby, fantastic location 5-8 minutes from restaurants, karaoke, the movies, and the station. TV also showed information for when laundry was in use, how crowded breakfast was, etc. Staff was friendly all the time, too.

New and clean, room was more spacious than average. The free breakfast was good.

The hotel is quite close to Akishima train station. WiFi works great. We can do auto check-in and check-out and also issue the receipt from the machine in front of the reception.

Staff is friendly and professional. And the room is clean. Location is fine, about five minute from the station. There are also many convenience stores around hotel. There is even a vending machine on 1st floor, and the price is not expensive compared to other vending machines outside.

All Toyoko Inn are perfect! I have stayed in multiple Toyoko Inn and they always have the best service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was fine, but not as exceptional as some other hotels in Japan. Lobby area was a good place to eat, charge phones, use vending machines and restroom.
